Terms and Conditions
These Click & Collect Terms and Conditions (“C&C Terms”) apply to your purchase of Products via this website (the “Site) for delivery or pick up using the Game Day Click & Collect service. By purchasing any Products using the Game Day Click & Collect service you agree to be bound by these C&C Terms.
On the checkout page, you will be required to designate on what date and at which pick-up point you would like to collect the Products purchased via this Site using the England Rugby Store Click & Collect service.
Product Collection
Products ordered through Click & Collect will be available for collection / Delivery to at the requested location on your requested game day and within 2 hours of you placing your order.
When you or your alternate pick-up person collects your Products, you/they will be asked to provide a copy of your Order Receipt Confirmation and a valid form of ID (passport or driving licence). You/they may also be asked to sign for the Products.
Once your Products have been collected, you will receive an email from us confirming which Products have been collected and the name of the person that has collected them.
Payment
When you order the Products on this Site, you will be asked to enter your payment details and payment for the Products will be processed.
Returns
Only Products that are unworn in saleable condition are eligible to be returned. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If you would like to return and receive a refund for Products purchased using the England Rugby Store Click & Collect service, you can return Products to the Main Store, located at Twickenham Stadium within 30 days of your collection. Refunds will be made to the original payment method as soon as possible, but may take up to 14 days.
